Shrimps seasoned with Lemon and Herb
|2 tsp olive oil|
|1 lb large shrimps , peeled and deveined|
|2 tbsp fresh lemon juice|
|1 table spoon full of Spice Islands that is salt and free lemon & herb seasoning , or another product brand|
|1⁄2 tsp table salt|
|1⁄4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground|
|2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped|
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over an average heat. Add shrimp and sauté 1 minute. Add to it lemon juice and lemon herb seasoning with salt and pepper then stir to coat the shrimp. Continue to fry until it becomes bright pink and cooked thoroughly, after about 3 minutes more.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
Serve with cocktail sauce for an easy appetizer, or alongside Rice Pilaf with Orzo for an easy dinner.
